Payment and Finances

For all workshops, defined as projects with a duration of one week or less, applications will undergo processing until the workshop reaches its maximum capacity. Immediate payment of the workshop fees is mandatory upon application submission. In the case of projects exceeding one week, admission is contingent upon the discretion of the field school director(s). Once admitted, the sole method of securing a position in any program is through the payment of the nonrefundable Deposit Fee ($500). Admitted students will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each program's webpage specifies a Tuition Deadline, Withdrawal Deadline, and Wait-List Deadline. In the event of any outstanding balance on the student's account beyond the Tuition Deadline Date, a one-time $100 Late Fee will be levied. Failure to settle the balance by the Withdrawal Date will result in a refund of all funds paid towards the program, excluding the Deposit Fee ($500), and automatic withdrawal of the student's admission.

Programs will cease enrollment once capacity is reached, with a maintained wait-list. Students on the wait-list will be notified of openings and provided the opportunity to join the project by the Wait-List Deadline if space becomes available.
